The Majestic Theatre originally had an Estey organ, opus #1154. The instrument was first installed as a two-manual, tubular pneumatic instrument in 1913. In 1917, the organ was enlarged and electrified. A three-manual console, four-rank Echo division, chimes and bar bells were added. Current status is unknown.

According to former Yakima resident Bob Jones, the Majestic Theatre had a 2/4 Wurlitzer (opus #345) installed in 1920. The Judd Walton Wurlitzer opus list shows the destination for opus #345 as "A & C" which may have been the Majestic owner's name. According to Bob, "the
Majestic [was] located in a store type building with one aisle going down the middle. The organ chamber was behind the screen. There was no
other place for the chamber and a small organ was reasonable for the small size of the theatre."

After the Majestic, the Judd Walton Wurlitzer opus list shows opus #345 going to an unnamed individual in Walla Walla, Washington. No date is given.
