The Lyric Theatre was the first of Walter Graham's theatres. It opened in 1914.

According to information found in the PSTOS Bill Bunch archives, the Lyric Theatre had a Wurlitzer YK pit organ installed, date unknown. This organ is not listed in any of the online pipe organ databases.

The records also list Van Johnson as being the first organist for the theatre in 1922.

Walter Graham also owned the Graham (Elma) Theatre in Elma, WA.
