The Maple Leaf Tavern organ was based around a two-manual Kimball originally installed in Seattle's Woodland Theatre. It was installed in the tavern in 1946 by Balcom & Vaughan at which time they added a third manual to the console.

In 1957, the organ was purchased by Howard Burr who installed it in his Seattle area home.

The instrument was later acquired by the Everett Theatre where it is still installed.
