The organ was shipped from the Wurlitzer factory in May, 1924 as opus 835, a Style B.
 
The theatre was renamed the Alberta Theatre. Records show a 2/6 Wood organ going to the Alberta Theatre, date unknown.
 
In 1938, Balcom & Vaughan moved the organ to Radio Station KIT in Yakima, Washington. The instrument was lost in a fire in 1961.
