The Peoples (Alder St, Music Box) Theatre had two different pipe organs:
1918 - 3/22 Kimball. This instrument was later moved to a Portland area church.
1923 - 2/9 Style 210 Wurlitzer (opus #312) from the Columbia Theatre.
Editor's note: The Junchen opus lists have reference to a Style 4 Wurlitzer but this does not match the Walton opus lists showing a Style 210.
 
According William Hansen, this theatre had organ grilles, but no chambers. In 1950, the Wurlitzer was sold for $50 to William Hansen.
 
1950 - Wurlitzer sold to William Hansen. Blower not operative and console cable cut
19xx - Main chamber playing in the Hansen residence
19xx - sold by William Hansen to Hammond dealer who trades it to Masonic Temple
19xx - Colonel Woodlaw (owner of the Columbia), donates organ to Masonic Temple***
19xx - sold to Seth Marks
19xx - sold to Frank Alexander for $500.00. Installed in his home by Bob Rickett
19xx - sold to Andy Crow of Olympia WA - current status unknown
