This instrument was originally installed in Astoria's Astoria Theatre. In the mid-1930's it was moved to the Liberty Theatre where it stayed until purchased by Bill Blunk in the late 1940s.

In 1954, Bill installed the pipes from the Wurlitzer in his Blue-C Roller Rink but played them from a modified Hammond and later, an Allen console. Early in 1956, the rink was closed and the instrument was removed. Bill transported the organ back to his native Indiana where it was stored. In 1958, Bill returned to Astoria and installed the organ was installed in the Viking Rink along with a 3/9 Marr & Colton. The Wurlitzer portion was later purchased by Laurel Ruby of Corvallis, Oregon.
