The first Grandview Theatre opened in 1912 and was located at 1712 Commercial St.
 
There is no record of an organ being installed at this location.
 
According to the Grandview Heritage Group website, at the end of 1922, the owner built a larger theatre a few doors North at 1730 Commercial. The old theatre was closed in November 1922.
