This Victory Theatre originally opened as the Mission Theatre in June 1924. It was renamed Victory Theatre in December 1924. A 2/5 Leathurby-Smith organ was installed in April 1928.
 
There was an earlier Victory Theatre located at 910 Pacific Ave.
 
The Leathurby-Smith instrument was removed in 1929 by Balcom & Provorse and reinstalled in Bellingham's Harlow-Hollingsworth Mortuary.
