According to the OHS Pipe Organ Database, the Windsor Theatre had a 2/15 Casavant organ (opus 1111) installed in 1925. The instrument was later removed and relocated to West Point Grey United Church, Vancouver.

The Windsor Theatre shares many architectural details with the Kerrisdale Theatre. Both were designed by architect William Marshall Dodd.
